We have found that it is highly effective to use the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) in these types of teambuildings. This tool has been widely used for over 50 years and is based on the earlier work of Swiss psychiatrist Carl Jung. Jung believed that seemingly random human behaviour is actually orderly and consistent with how individuals prefer to perceive and make judgements about their world.
