- 15 years of corporate experience, preferably up to Director level
- Trained by an ICF accredited coaching course or ICF/EMCC qualified
- Corporate coaching experience
- Alignment with Inspiring Potential values
- Alignment with ICF competencies
We are looking coaching niches such as:
- career coaching
- productivity coaching
- sales coaching
- leadership and management development
- stress management
- work/life balance
