Mike has a strong commercial background with over 30 years experience in major corporations. He has held senior executive positions in sales leadership and marketing, building strategies and developing people.
Mike is a passionate believer in the quality of individuals within business delivering competitive edge, and that true excellence is as dependent upon the ability and commitment of the people within the organisation as the products, systems and processes that a company has.
Mike's approach is strongly motivational and his people development approach ensures that people who work with him have fewer limiting beliefs, stronger and more possibilities for action, and skills, knowledge and techniques which last for a lifetime.
Mike has an MBA in strategic marketing gained at the Chartered Institute of Marketing in Cookham and he is a fellow of the Institute of Sales and Marketing Management.
