Mike has a strong sales and commercial background with over 30 years experience in major corporations. He has held senior executive positions in sales leadership and marketing, building sales strategies and developing people.

Mike's approach is strongly motivational and his people development approach ensures that people who work with him have fewer limiting beliefs, stronger and more possibilities for action, and skills, knowledge and techniques which last for a lifetime.

Mike has an MBA in strategic marketing gained at the Chartered Institute of Marketing in Cookham and he is a fellow of the Institute of Sales and Marketing Management.
