Intercept

Intercept is a coaching process that works on Intercepting roadblocks to your personal and business success. Having been used successfully in Australia for several years, the Intercept process was introduced to the UK in 2004. Inspiring Potential is among a small group of coaching companies who have been initially selected to use this unique approach in the UK.

At the core is the Intercept ID which is a questionnaire that assesses your approach against 36 areas that we know are important for and/or underpin success and leadership based on tests with over 1000 successful business leaders. These areas include; Calm, Focus, Openness, Rational, Discipline and Generosity

The report is done online and is an opportunity for you to give your own opinion of yourself. See it as your own 'personal opinion' survey.

A report is produced which is used by you and your coach to launch and personalise your coaching.

At the end of a programme of coaching, you can request a new Intercept report to visibly see how you have developed. It is literally possible to measure your shift.

A licensed Intercept Coach, can support you in identifying limitations or challenges and strengthening aspects of your approach that will enhance your personal and business success.

Intercept is not a personality profile or psychometric tool that predicts behaviour. It is a snapshot of where you sit now. When re-sat after a course of coaching, the report will be different, because you will have shifted and developed one way or another
