Inspiring Potential Now has a 24/7 online booking service. This enables people to select the type of coaching they want and the most appropriate and available coach by viewing their profiles. They can then book a session with them using the system’s online calendar and pay online using a credit card or if a company is paying for employees with the authorisation code.
A confirmation of the appointment will be emailed to the individual, and the coach will call them at the booked time.
The Inspiring Potential Now! appointment is also guaranteed as in the unlikely event that someone is not satisfied with the appointment, if they email Inspiring Potential with this feedback and the reasons within three hours of their session they will receive another session free of charge.
