How does the Inspiring Potential coaching service work

All our executive coaching sessions are held either face to face or over the telephone where this is more convenient – or necessary as in the case of working with international clients. During the initial call/meeting we discuss the coachee's objectives and goals and identify if there is chemistry between the coach and coachee. The initial session is usually free of charge. This is followed by 6 further meetings or conversations, taking place once a month for the next 6 months. "Homework" is set for the period in between the sessions to assist with the coachee's self awareness and continue their personal development. The last or "closing" session will discuss progress and achieved goals with reference to the initial meeting.

Do you need different coaches for team?

Actually, in many cases it is beneficial to have the same coach work with all the members of the team. As it provides information on the team communication dynamics. Everything said to the coach in a session is confidential, and therefore the integrity of the process is not compromised, however it does provide the coach with additional real information the coaches may not be aware.

Is coaching effective over the telephone?

Coaching over the telephone is ideal for those companies who operate throughout the UK, Spain and The Americas. It is convenient and flexible, as calls can be booked and timed to fit in with your schedule. How long does a coaching call or session last?

Each coaching session or call usually last 2 hours.

How many sessions are required?

A typical coaching programme extends over a period of six months and comprises of one meeting or telephone conversation per month with email support as required.

Is Marielena fluent in both Spanish and English?

Born and raised in Puerto Rico, yet having lived in London for the last 14 years,and12 years in the USA previously,Marielena, Inspiring Potential's bi-lingual coach is as fluent in English as she is in Spanish.

Is everything said completely confidential?

The content of the meetings is fully confidential. If as the work progresses, it is felt that the coachee is not progressing as well as expected, then after discussing this with them, a follow up conference call may be set up between the coach, coachee and employer to discuss the best way forward. However even inn these cases, nothing that has been told in confidence will be passed on to the employer.
